Help me Remake Magic Squares - Book of Mormon Scripture Mastery Rhymes

I have decided to remake Janice Tate’s Magic Squares for the new scripture mastery passages. What a job! There are several passages from the same chapter, so I am trying to include the verse number with my first version in every instance it makes sense. It’s nearly impossible to say “Third Nephi Eighteen verse fiftheen and twenty through twenty-one” and come up with something that rhymes, so I’m going with the chapter number only on a few passages.

Or at least that’s what I’ve done so far today.

Each rhyme gets 8 beats: 4 for the reference and 4 for the reminder. I’ve tried to use actual scripture keywords wherever I can, but it’s super difficult. Tate has a gift for rhyme that I just don’t. If you’ve got suggestions to make these rhymes better, please post below in the comments. I’d love to have your help.

The first column below is the actual reference. The second column is the 4-beat version. If there are two syllables, say the word like eighth notes. Three, say it like triplets. Four is sixteenths. Clap your hands four times and then fit each word or phrase into that beat. This probably doesn’t make sense to any one but me…. :(
